Is ReadyOn a staffing agency? What is the work arrangement?

ReadyOn is a software platform, not a staffing agency. We drive applicants to your open roles to be hired as W2 “flex-time” workers of your organization. First popularized by Amazon, ”flex-time” workers are part-time W2 workers who choose their shifts each week – typically working below the benefits-eligibility hours threshold.

How are applicants found, screened,

ReadyOn operates a job board and job advertising platform that targets workers seeking flexible work, enabling us to generate 2-5x more applicants than traditional job postings.
